Inclusions

• Accommodation in Double/Twin share room with daily breakfast

• English-speaking tour guide during tours

• Sightseeing tickets, transfers, and services as per itinerary

• All airport transfers (Private vehicle)

• Meals as per itinerary

• 1 water bottle per person per day

Exclusions

• GST and 5% TCS or as applicable to the total amount
• Expenses caused by factors beyond our control like rail and flight delays, roadblocks, vehicle mal-functions, political disturbances etc.
• Entrance fees to monuments and museum
• All personal expenses

• Compulsory tipping: $3 per person per day

• International/Domestic flights

• Vietnam eVisa charges(3500-4000pp)aprox

• Early check-in / late check-out (Standard check-in: 14:00 hrs)

• Surcharge for airport transfers between 23:00 – 06:00 ($10 per vehicle per way)

• Anything not mentioned in Inclusions

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation charges per person:- 3000/-

By the Traveler –(Depends on situation and Circumstances) or Supplier cancellation policy 

• Cancellations made 30 days or more before departure: [80% refund]

• Cancellations made 15–29 days before departure: [50% refund]

• Cancellations made less than 15 days before departure: No refund

2.2 By the Company –
We reserve the right to cancel a trip due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, political instability). In such cases, we will offer a full refund or alternative travel arrangements or credit note(Depends on situation and Circumstances) or Supplier cancellation policy 

2.3 Non-Refundable Services – Air tickets, visa fees, and certain hotel bookings may be non-refundable.
